He Can – HEAL CANCER

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 16 Rejoice always, 17 pray continually, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

Melinda finished week two of chemo and radiation. Overall it was a good week. She does a lot better in the mornings than the afternoons as the treatments are starting to wear her down a bit. We are praying for God’s strength to make it through the next four weeks of radiation.

Saturday, Melinda wanted to get out of the house. I took her to Natural Groceries to get supplies and look at non-toxic makeup. We are having discussions about whether her current beauty supplies have carcinogens in them. We also got to wear our new shirts out to shop; Thank you Neil & Trudi Jeter.

Melinda made it to Sunday school this morning but got exhausted during church so we had to leave a little early. Luckily Lakeview Baptist Church broadcast the sermon on Facebook live, so we were still able to watch.

We are looking forward to starting week three. Melinda has few doctor visits this week to see how things are progressing. We will update as we know more.

“For nothing will be impossible with God.” -Luke 1:37
The thought of facing the treatments, the fears, the frustrations without Christ would be unbearable for us. We thank each of you for your prayers and ask that you continue to pray for all those with cancer, Melinda, all those helping with her care and the care of other’s fighting cancer, and the plans that God has for Melinda as a result of all this.
